Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ninja Division Publishing. This page describes the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

SHIPPING ORIGIN

Unless otherwise noted, all orders are shipped from the United States.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE NORTH AMERICA

Ninja Division now has a dedicated Ninja Division UK website. Headquartered in the UK, Ninja Division UK provides UK and EU customers with faster shipping, local stock, and better deals! We have also found that several other locations outside North America can save on shipping utilizing Ninja Division UK. 

 

PROCESSING TIME

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, orders processing may be delayed. We thank you for your patience during this difficult time. We are doing everything possible to get orders out to you as fast as we can.

All orders are processed once per week. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or an item is out-of-stock and awaiting a restock, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional time for processing. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Ninja Division Publishing ships orders via USPS First Class and Priority Mail. Alternative shipping services may be used depending on the nature of the order. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

DELIVERY TIMES

USPS First Class and Priority Mail has a typical delivery time of 3 - 10 days for domestic packages. Delivery times to the rest of the world can vary dramatically, please allow a minimum of 8 - 12 weeks. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Ninja Division Publishing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Ninja Division Publishing is required by law to list accurate values on customs declarations.

DAMAGES

Ninja Division Publishing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Ninja Division Publishing makes every effort to ship our products worldwide. However, we reserve the right to suspend shipping to any country, territory, state, or region without notice.

SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES

Ninja Division Publishing ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Some packages may be undeliverable to P.O. Boxes. In such cases, an alternate shipping address may be requested.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

PREORDERS

Orders which include preorder and non-preorder items will be fulfilled when preordered items are available. If you wish non-preorder items to be shipped immediately please make them in a separate order.
